How to book the parking?

1. Select your parking dates in the booking form calendar and click "Find offer". Remember the following:

  • A booking can be made no later than 1 hour before entry, i.e. there must be a minimum interval of 60 minutes between the selected reservation start date/time and the moment of making the reservation.
  • A booking can be made for a period not longer than 1 month, i.e.: the reserved time interval between the start and end date of the reservation - cannot exceed 1 month.
  • A booking can be made for a period of no less than 24 hours, i.e.: the reserved time interval between the start and end date of the reservation cannot be less than 24 hours).

2. Select a parking lot (product) by clicking "Select product" on the product card to proceed.

  • If no parking lot appears in the panel, make sure you meet the criteria from step 1.
  • If there are no parking spaces available, an appropriate message will appear. In this case, try changing the search term.

3. Please fill in the booking for with your data.

  • Please provide your name and email address to which the booking confirmation will be sent,
  • Provide the registration number of the vehicle for the booking,
  • Confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
  • If you have a promotional code, use it by entering it in the field marked "Promotional code" and then confirm by clicking "Add". The discount will be calculated automatically.

4. Make the payment.

  • Confirm that the data in the booking form is correct and proceed to payment,
  • Select one of the available payment methods: payment card, online transfer, BLIK, ApplePay, GooglePay,
  • Once payment is complete, you will be redirected to the booking website where you will receive confirmation.

5. Booking confirmation.

Booking confirmation will be sent automatically after completing the transaction to the e-mail address provided in the booking form.

 

How to receive an invoice?

You will receive an invoice by contacting us at the following e-mail address: rezerwacje@parking-lotniskowarszawa-radom.pl


Send us the data necessary to issue an invoice:

For a prvate person: name, surname, PESEL or VAT number, address.
For the company: company name, address, VAT number.

How to change the registration number of the vehicle for which the reservation was made and other reservation details ?

Open your booking confirmation email. Find the "Manage my booking" link in the message body, then click the link. You will be redirected to the reservation system website where, after verifying your email address and reservation number, you will be able to modify the reservation, including the vehicle registration number.

How to enter the parking lot?

Drive your car to the parking lot entrance. Entry to the parking lot is authorized as follows:

  • The camera scans the plate with the vehicle's registration number. If the reading was correct and the registration number matches the number provided during booking, the barrier will open,
  • If there is an error in reading the registration number or the number is different from the one provided when booking the parking lot, you can alternatively use the QR code from the booking confirmation. Present the QR code (printed or on the smartphone screen) at the marked place on the front panel of the entry terminal. After reading the code and verifying it in the parking system, the barrier will be opened.
  • Go to the entrance to the appropriate parking lot within the communication system according to your reservation (parking lot P1 or P2).
  • At the next barrier/entrance to the parking lot, repeat the procedure as above.

NOTE: Do not press the "issue a ticket" button at the entry terminal - the ticket issued this way will not be a valid booking ticket.

In case of any problems, please contact the parking attendant via the audio intercom (button marked on the entry or exit terminal).

 

How long before booking can I arrive at the parking lot ?

The reservation entitles you to enter the parking lot up to 3 hours before its declared start date.

 

Can I leave after the declared time if an unforeseen situation occurs (e.g. delayed flight, change of holiday plans, etc.) ?

According to the regulations, you can park your car until the end of booking period. The booking period is marked with the date and time on the booking confirmation. Once the booking period is exceeded, an additional parking fee may be charged. In such a case, please go to the customer service point located in the terminal.

How to cancel a reservation?

For reservations canceled within 14 days you will receive a full refund on your bank account

Open your booking confirmation email. Find the "Manage my booking" link in the message body, then click the link. You will be redirected to the bookng system website, where, after verifying your email address and booking number, you will be able tocancel the booking.

 

I received an e-mail confirmation of payment from T-pay but I was not transferred back to the reservation system and did not receive confirmation of the reservation. What should I do ?
